Inspired Spaces LLC was founded by Laura Ramsaur in 1996 as “Custom Window Fashions” offering custom tailor made window treatments to clients, and local designers in Ruston La, Monroe La and Shreveport, La. Laura expanded the product line with certification in designing custom closets and pantries with Organizers Direct Industries which has led to full scale closet renovations offering luxury stylish closets with lighting, custom drawer fronts, custom colors to fit any space and budget.
The business expanded with certification with the brand Hunter Douglas, offering premier blinds, shades, and shutters. We now offer the most energy efficient and innovative window coverings in the Ruston area. Our product line of automated blinds, shades and shutters simplifies the integration of this growing trend for the community as we are the “Go to” local business for all motorized window treatments.
Laura’s extensive portfolio for 2 decades encompasses a wide array of products and services for residential and commercial interiors and exteriors with a showroom downtown Ruston, La.
Inspired Spaces offers design and decorating, home renovations with partner contractors, space furnishings from vendors from High Point Market, Dallas Market and Las Vegas Market, conceptual floorplans with furniture and visual 3D layouts.
Laura’s most extensive and fulfilling projects have been renovations of four homes in Ruston La, full furnishing of a mountain condominium in North Carolina, window coverings in TN for two homes, draperies for condo’s on the gulf coast and designer of a 100-year-old Barbershop renovated into a two story fully furnished Airbnb near Downtown Ruston La, The Ledford House.

Laura is a proud alumnus of La Tech University, is happily married and a mother of three.
A fun fact about Laura is she loves adventure, as she has skydived several times, glided in a hot air balloon over the Colorado Rockies and has hiked the Narrows in Zion. Most vacations you will find her traveling with her husband, hiking, and exploring the mountains of North Carolina.
